Ridley Scott is in talks with Angelina Jolie for the lead role in “Gucci,” a flick themed on the glorious days and murder and decline in the Gucci fashion dynasty.
Fox 2000 wants filming to start by 2010, reports Variety mag.
The studio is all set to engage a scriptwriter to pen the saga which will include the glamorous Gucci era in the 1970s and 80s, the rise of Maurizio Gucchi, the grandson of founder Guccio Gucci, and his killing arranged by wife Patrizia in 1995.
